People who know me will not be surprised that I’m spotlighting a book, but they will be when they see it isn’t mine. Today the one I’m featuring is a book I read 21 years ago, “Dangerous Company.” It’s a true horror story, or stories, about a number of high profile consulting jobs that ruined or almost ruined some major companies.
OK, this is a tough one to match but I know there are some pretty creative readers out there and the prizes are fantastic! I’m looking for unusual places where FINAL NOTICEs might appear. To enter, all you have to do is take a photo of FINAL NOTICE in a unique or special setting.
Amongst the hundreds of reviews of FINAL NOTICE are the musings of readers who hope that FINAL NOTICE becomes a movie. They even amuse themselves by casting the roles of Vince, Trudi, Zoe, Vijay, Jennifer and others. So, here is your chance to cast roles and no one will ever know, nor prosecute you for your using their names.
Wear Orange and buy a copy of FINAL NOTICE to support National Gun Violence Awareness Day. From June 1-8, 2019, I’ll be making a $1 donation for each download or paperback purchased during those 7 days! If you already have a copy (Thank you!) send one to a friend. Many readers have appreciated the arguments put forth in the book as mentioned in this review:
Pete Seeger could not have imagined my crude re-work of his 1955 classic, “Where Have All The Flowers Gone.” (Yes, I’m that old.) He and Peter, Paul, Mary and the Kingston Trio did understand the fundamental truth of the question, “When will we ever learn?” And the answer, when it comes to guns, is apparently, never.
